Information about next DELF Junior session at Alliance Française de Vancouver

LOGO-Delf-DalfThe Dîplome d’études en langue française (DELF) is an internationally recognized series of qualifications awarded to language learners to validate their skills in French. Through an examination of their speaking, listening, reading and writing skills, students can be granted diplomas at various levels. The resulting diploma issued by the French Ministry of Education is valid for life and is a recognized qualification in many educational and business institutions worldwide.

The DELF Junior tackles topics that are adapted to teenagers. They certify the French as Second Language learner skills at four different levels of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR), thus there are four separate diplomas: A1 (Discovery), A2 (Intermediate), B1 (Independent) and B2 (Advanced). The examinations are independent, candidates can register for a level without any prerequisite for the examination of their choice. The diploma is valid for life!

The DELF certification qualifies for credits under the British Columbia Ministry of Education External Credentials Program.

Next session: May 11 to May 14, 2015
Registration: March 9 to April 3, 2015
