On Thursday February 4, members of CPF North Vancouver gathered at North Shore Pôle Francophone for its February chapter meeting and also to recognize French Immersion Celebration Week as officially declared by CPF BC and Yukon, and by both the Government of British Columbia and the Government of Yukon.
The group enjoyed some tasty French treats, discussed past and upcoming CPF events, and learned about wonderful French books from Sophie Babeanu, rep for the Max Book Club. Children in attendance took part in a lively “French Conversation through Acting” workshop, presented by Nasrin from North Shore Pôle Francophone.
