On Tuesday March 3rd 2015, CPF North Vancouver supported workshops by the popular “Maple Man” at École Ross Road. Kindergarten to Grade 7 students in French Immersion and Core French were captivated by the Maple Man’s vivid descriptions of life on a maple syrup farm in Quebec, traditional singing, dancing and hands-on demonstrations, including the making – and tasting – of genuine “tire d’érable”!
