Many French Immersion and Core French parents are searching for extra-curricular activities, day camps, tutors, and resources, en français to provide French opportunities for students during the labour dispute.
To help connect these families to emerging activities and resources Canadian Parents for French BC & Yukon has launched a crowd-sourced resource for BC families. The goal is to help bring together opportunities for youth to engage with the French language and/or culture during potential school closures. This is also an opportunity for French-speaking community stakeholders to promote their services.
The dedicated page on the CPF BC/Yukon website features a very long list of daycamps, tutors, media, online resources and community events as well as non-French camps and activities.
